Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Bluffton, South Carolina. In this role, you will manage payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in full-cycle payroll processes and support a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce spanning multiple states.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy for over 500 employees while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll operations efficiently.
  • Handle QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for payroll-related financial tasks.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
