• Responsibilities for a Payroll Specialist include but are not limited to:
• Process payroll and support the full payroll cycle
• Validate and reconcile data between HRIS and payroll systems
• Handle employee payroll inquiries related to earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Review reports, identify errors, and resolve discrepancies while supporting audits and compliance
• Candidates for Payroll Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 3-5 years of payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll processing experience (5,000+ employees)
• Strong data accuracy and audit experience with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and understanding of the full payroll cycle

Shift:

Hybrid - Monday-Wednesday onsite, Thursday-Friday remote (first 2-3 weeks fully onsite for training)
