Position:
Payroll Analyst Department:
Accounting Exempt Position Reports to: Payroll Manager OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Payroll Analyst. What will you be doing most days?
  • Analyze compute, enter, review, edit, and document transactions related to wages, deductions and taxes to include but not limited to: o New hires o Salary changes o Transfers o Employee changes and Terminations
  • Review and audit of payroll reports for accuracy, validity, and reasonableness
  • Partner with other analysts to track and justify payroll adjustments and payments
  • Perform troubleshooting and intermediate analysis & payroll related research processing What are the requirements for this position?
  • You have 1 to 3 years payroll experience
  • You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, management, or a related field
  • You have work experience with Ultimate Software products or comparable payroll systems, HRIS, and time management systems
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • You demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and you monitor own work to ensure quality with excellent attention to detail.
Physical Requirements for this Position This is a largely sedentary role; however, you must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates. Travel Requirements This position requires up to 10% travel. Travel is outside the local area and overnight.
