REQUIREMENTS

ORACLE

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

• 2 years of experience in payroll using oracle
• Experience with payroll taxes
• Ability to manually recalculate and audit payroll processing and calculations regarding all aspects of payroll
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of payroll laws in a multi-state environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ORACLE

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

• Utilize payroll system, and third-party software to build, review and audit exception reports to ensure company compliance.
• Analyze financial data to resolve discrepancies.
• Export, process and resolve weekly audits and reports to eliminate processing errors.
• Maintain appropriate supporting backup for system and employees' updates and adjustments in company systems.
