HR Payroll Specialist (US) United States - Tennessee Human Resources (HR) Group Functions Job Reference # 337218BR City Nashville Job Type Full Time Your role Do you have an analytical mind and enjoy working with data? As a Payroll Operations Specialist you will be responsible for all payroll operations related processes. You will be an integral part of ensuring we ad to internal and external risks and SOX guidelines. We're looking for someone to help us with:
  • respond to employee payroll inquiries
  • support payroll reviews, validation, and reconciliation
  • administer payroll operations processes
  • administer deferredpensation processes
  • administer international assignee processes
  • support payroll ad-hoc projects
  • collaborate cross-functionally with other HR Service Delivery teams in region Your team You'll be working in our HR Service Deliveryanization, under our payroll operations team in the United States. We are responsible for delivering payroll operations excellence. We ensure employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner. Your expertise
  • a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
  • payroll experience in a similar role (and you loved it)
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • relevant payroll operations knowledge
