Payroll & Compliance Specialist

Our client is seeking a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in Arlington, TX to manage and oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role is responsible for processing multi‑state payrolls, including union payroll and prevailing wage requirements, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The CPP will prepare and submit certified payroll reports, maintain accurate payroll records, and serve as a subject matter expert for payroll compliance and audits. The ideal candidate will have recent hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and field operations. CPP certification is required, along with a commitment to confidentiality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Must have 10+ years of Payroll experience CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is required Must have recent experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Must have multi-state payroll experience Experience with union payroll administration, including compliance with prevailing wage laws and reporting requirements.
