This role will support full-cycle, in-house payroll operations during a period of increased volume and complexity. The focus is on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while managing compliance, deductions, and employee-specific nuances across a large population. It will be managing full-cycle payroll process for approximately 5,000 employees weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles including union, employee and executives.

Attributes:

Process and review payroll including earnings, deductions, garnishments, and stock compensation Ensure accuracy of payroll data, working with timekeeping system, and employee records Handle garnishments, tax withholdings, and payroll adjustments Support compliance with payroll laws and internal policies 5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and resourceful in nature Experience with UKG (preferred) and other WFM/timekeeping systems If you fit this opportunity and these attributes, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
