Job Description

Job Description JD:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support timekeeping operations, payroll data management, and branch-level issue resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate time submission, maintaining employee records, and resolving time and payroll-related discrepancies across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Time Administration Manage timekeeping for corporate departments, ensuring accurate weekly time submission into SAP. Validate that branch-submitted time batches are processed correctly and successfully uploaded into SAP. Monitor and resolve discrepancies, including dashboard errors and time reporting issues. Branch Support Provide support to branch teams through a ticketing system (email and Microsoft Teams) for all time-related inquiries. Investigate and resolve issues such as missing time entries, incorrect balances, or deleted time batches. Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving timekeeping issues in a timely manner. Data Entry & System Maintenance Perform manual data entry to transfer timekeeping data between SAP and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. Create and maintain employee profiles in WFM, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SAP records. Manage profile setup for rehires, including creating new WFM profiles when previous records have been terminated. Maintain data integrity across systems through ongoing updates and verification. Must be able to perform basic cell manipulation and formatting as well as sum formulas. Experience to perform historical entries to correct timecard errors. High school diploma SAP, Kronos, UKG, Workforce Central or Workforce Management (WFM) software experience. Bachelor's or associate's degree. Ability to create Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel. Ability to utilize VLOOKUP formulas in Microsoft Excel.
