Payroll Specialist (4 Day Work Week)

Job Title:

Payroll Specialist Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and processing payroll for a large number of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities Process daily manual payroll calculations accurately and efficiently. Make corporate payroll adjustments on a weekly basis. Handle processing of bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles. Manage payroll for at least 300 employees each week. Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll records. Process payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments. Essential Skills 1-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and management. Proficiency in handling bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles. Strong skills in reconciliation and processing of payroll for a large number of employees. Experience with payroll tax, deductions, and garnishments. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. Experience with multi-local payroll systems.

• 4 day work week (Monday-Thursday) fully on-site Work Environment Join a vibrant team comprised of two payroll managers and eight to ten team members, specializing in both union and non-union payrolls.
