Duties & Responsibilities Primary responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate processing of time and attendance data necessary to accurately process payroll. Responds to verifications and employment and wage garnishments Ensures Time & Attendance and other HR related systems are functioning properly. Adheres to internal control processes, including payroll balancing and other internal control compliance. Verifies Paid Time Off accruals and balances across all companies. Responds to employee questions about their pay, deductions, and other payroll-related matters. Investigates and resolves any errors or discrepancies in payroll processing. Works with other departments, such as Human Resources and Finance, to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. Setting up new employees in the payroll system. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Strong Microsoft office skills Strong application / software support experience General knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping
