Job Description

Payroll Analyst We are partnering with a large and established organization seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a high-volume, complex environment and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely payroll support across a large employee population.

Payroll Analyst:
Process and review payroll for a large employee population across multiple pay cycles and entities Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in accordance with company policies and regulations Serve as a point of escalation for complex payroll questions, discrepancies, and issue resolution Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner Partner with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve payroll-related matters Assist with payroll audits, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities Maintain payroll records and support process improvement initiatives Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient payroll operations and deadline management Qualifications of the
Payroll Analyst:
5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and payroll controls Experience with payroll systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting functions Union payroll experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional looking to continue growing their expertise within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
