Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time Manage payroll transactions, including new hires, promotions, compensation changes, terminations, and timekeeping updates Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data, reports, and journal entries Handle payroll taxes, garnishments, year-end reporting, and related compliance requirements Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies with strong customer service
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience processing end-to-end Payroll in a high-volume environment Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, payroll taxes, garnishments, W-2s, 940/941 processing, and payroll compliance Experience with payroll transactions, timekeeping, audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting Proficiency in Excel Ability to manage sensitive information, competing priorities, and strict payroll deadlines Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desired Skills:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP iHCM Knowledge of UK payroll, employment, and tax law Experience supporting military personnel, especially overseas Human Resources experience in Recruiting, Benefits, or Employee Relations
