Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist Job Summary Join our South Salt Lake team as a Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist earning $33.65/hour with a Monday-Friday day schedule. We need an experienced HR professional who can provide bilingual support to our diverse workforce while managing full-cycle payroll and employee relations. What You'll Do Process complete payroll cycles for all employees including wage calculations, tax filings, and deductions Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate payroll records Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing bilingual employee support Assist with recruitment activities and candidate screening Maintain compliance with federal and state HRIS regulations Partner with managers to resolve employee relations matters Provide bilingual training and documentation in
