Shoreline, WA Compensation:
$25-33/hour
Benefits:

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in office administration and/or payroll Strong Excel and software skills Someone who is detail-oriented
Job Description:
Administer semi-monthly payroll processing for a workforce of 1,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery Conduct thorough timecard audits and reviews, identifying and flagging discrepancies before each payroll cycle Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding missing or incomplete payroll information, providing clear and timely communication Research, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies, partnering cross-functionally as needed to ensure prompt resolution Process employee leave requests and interdepartmental transfers in accordance with company policy Manage new employee setup in the payroll system, ensuring accurate data entry and proper classification from day one Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
