Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys accuracy, compliance, client service, and working in a collaborative team environment. As a Payroll Specialist, you will support payroll processing for multiple clients, maintain accurate payroll records, and help ensure payroll operations are completed on time and in compliance with applicable regulations.   • Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and within required timelines.
  • Maintain, update, and reconcile payroll records, reports, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with internal team members.
  • Support process improvements to increase payroll accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders regarding payroll questions and updates. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $62,790 to $75,322 per year.
