Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Renton, WA. As a Payroll Specialist, you will support payroll processing for multiple clients, maintain accurate payroll records, and help ensure payroll operations are completed on time and in compliance with applicable regulations. - Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and within required timelines.
- Maintain, update, and reconcile payroll records, reports, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with internal team members.
- Support process improvements to increase payroll accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
