We have an exciting opportunity for aPayroll Specialist located in Fond du Lac, WI .
How you will contribute:
Key responsibilities will include processing paychecks, reporting and remitting employee deductions and withholding taxes, maintaining collectively bargained wage and benefit rates, responding to unemployment claims, and processing expense reports and reimbursements. Detail orientation will be essential in this role as it entails a large amount of data analysis, reporting to state and federal agencies, and generating periodic collective bargaining reporting. Sharpen your communication skills by effectively working in a team environment. Strive to become an instrumental team member by identifying areas for improvement. Work alongside members at all levels of the organization by providing top-notch customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment.
What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your Associate's or Bachelor's degree. One to three years of accounting work experience is also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong math and ten key skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
