Banker

Seeking an experienced New Account Representative / Teller to join our banking team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong new accounts experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting branch growth. Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of banking teller experience required
• Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts required
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations including BSA and Information Security
• Experience cross-selling banking products and services
• Ability to generate new business and support branch goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts Support Treasury Services including RDC, armored, and courier services
• Process teller transactions accurately
• Assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy
• Recommend banking products and services based on customer needs
