You will provide knowledge and support to a branch network, offering expert guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements — serving as the central resource for internal and external clients. Essential functions Treasury Management and onboarding experience required FIS, Q2 experience or similar banking system experience preferred Strong knowledge of operations, policies, and procedures Knowledge of applicable operating and computer systems Basic understanding of banking laws and regulations Ability to perform new account opening process, including establishing customer relationships on core banking systems Ability to collect supporting signatures and required documentation when establishing new account relationships Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to communicate professionally in writing with internal and external clients Professional / educational experience 6 months - 1 year of related experience and/or training High school diploma or GED and/or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience Hourly pay range $23.74 - $33.72 Actual pay depends on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. All positions are eligible for incentive compensation which varies by role.
