GED Full Job Description Relationship Banking Specialist Location:
Rancho Santa Margarita, CA Pay:
$22.00•25.00/hr DOE We are seeking a Relationship Banking Specialist to provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with account servicing, transactions, and banking needs. This position is ideal for candidates with cash handling experience who enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to branch clients Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions Assist customers with account servicing, debit cards, online banking, and check orders Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures Accurately handle cash and maintain balanced cash drawers Support daily branch operations and assist team members as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of cash handling experience required Previous banking or financial institution experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy #MS-DH
