Job Description:
Banking Experience Required This position is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting clients through multiple communication channels. They will provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with account inquiries, transfers, online banking support, loan and credit card questions, and general account maintenance. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist customers with account information, transfers, account maintenance, and general banking inquiries Provide support for online banking and digital banking platforms Handle customer inquiries related to loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts Resolve first-level customer issues and follow up on open or pending cases Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels Ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly and accurately Properly document all customer interactions within the CRM system Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance metrics Collaborate with team members to identify customer service trends and process improvements Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced banking environment Support additional projects and operational tasks as assigned by management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required Previous banking or financial institution experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Experience handling high-volume customer interactions preferred Basic computer skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
