Job Overview As a Traveling Universal Banker based out of our Spencer office, you will bring banking services directly to our valued customers wherever they are. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while managing transactions and building strong relationships. You'll travel to various locations, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch banking support, whether it's cash handling, or upselling financial products. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster trust and loyalty in our community. What you'll do Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct cash handling transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy. Engage in financial sales activities to promote banking products and services tailored to customer needs. Implement fraud prevention measures to protect both the bank and its customers. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions using financial software. Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective relationship management strategies. Utilize your skills in basic math and retail math to ensure precise transaction processing. Basic qualifications Strong ability to manage cash effectively and accurately. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently. Preferred qualifications Experience in financial services or banking roles. Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
