Job Description

Personal Banker - North Pocatello at DL Evans Bank in Pocatello, Idaho, United States Job Description Responsible for acquiring new consumer and small business customers and expanding relationships with existing customers. Serves as a proactive member of the branch team as the initial sales and service contact for new and existing customers. Recognizes product and financial services opportunities as well as refers to Investment Services, Mortgage Department, and lending personnel to help customers achieve their financial goals and the team to achieve its business goals. Serves as a backup-teller and performs a variety of functions in paying and receiving, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs a variety of functions in preparing and filing documents, requests address changes or loan maintenance as needed. Meets or exceeds established sales, cross-selling and referral goals.
