Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional financial or banking certifications are a plus Previous experience in retail banking or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of banking software and systems Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer base
