Position:
Universal CSR
  • Regional Support Hours
Weekdays:
7:15 a.m.
  • 3:30 p.m. (flexibility required; hours may vary between 7:15 a.m.
  • 6:00 p.m.)
Saturdays:
7:45 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m. (as scheduled)
  • Occasional flexibility outside of regular scheduled hours may be required based on business needs Position Summary This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple branch locations, build a broad skill set, and support both team members and customers across our communities. The Universal CSR
  • Regional Support role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong customer service focus.
A reporting branch will be assigned based on residence; however, regular travel to other branch locations within the Bank's footprint is required based on staffing needs. Mileage will be reimbursed from the reporting branch to the coverage location. Reliable transportation is required. Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
  • Open new accounts and perform account maintenance
  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels
  • Provide staffing support across multiple branch locations as directed
  • Maintain and service debit cards; process night drop and mail transactions
  • Support cash handling functions including coin, cash orders, ATM balancing, and vault support
  • Build strong customer relationships through engaging and professional service
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment across all locations
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support branch operations Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service, cash handling, or banking experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in multiple environments
  • Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations Core Value Qualifications
