ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.
Customer Service — In accordance with the Bank's customer service standards, provides service at a level that consistently exceeds the expectations of clients and other Bank employees. Proactively greets and engages clients and other visitors as they enter the Bank to make them feel welcome and to offer them assistance. 2. Teller — Performs transaction processing functions including but not limited to processing client deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, night depository deposits, and assist clients with cashier's checks. Maintains a cash drawer to service client's needs, scans teller work and balances teller drawer at end of day. Prepare cash shipments / order cash for branch as needed. 3. Bank Products/Services- Remains current with the Bank's products and services and related programs and systems so that incumbent is well able to perform the responsibilities herein.
- Creates/maintains client document files, assuring that the appropriate documents have been obtained. Incumbent is responsible for scanning various branch documents, such as account documentation. inputs accounts and services to the Bank's computer system. 4. Monthly Reviews
- Assist with monthly alarm testing, auto door locks. Conduct monthly cash audits of teller drawers, vault and ATM. 5. Sales
- Takes a proactive approach in knowing who the Bank's clients are, and knowing/learning about them so that their banking needs are appropriately matched with Bank products and services. 6. Procedural Knowledge/Compliance
- Keeps abreast of all published Bank policies and procedures relating to his/her area of responsibility.
SOFTWARE/SYSTEMS ACCESS/USE
Position requires incumbent to be able to use the following software/systems, as well as any that may be added by the Bank in the future that apply to incumbent's position:Microsoft Office Applications:

Position requires incumbent to be able to use the following equipment: PC, copier, fax, printer, ATM (required ability to balance, load, and solve routine issues), Teller Receipt Printer, image scanner.REQUIRED SKILLS/PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Interpersonal Skills- Strong interpersonal skills that allow the incumbent to be provide superior service to Bank clients and work well with other Bank employees. Problem-Solving Skills Reasonably high level of problem-solving skills that allow incumbent to resolve problems that may arise in carrying out above responsibilities. Math Skills
- Reasonable math skills that allow incumbent to resolve client issues, balancing issues, etc. Writing Skills
- Reasonably high level of writing skills that allow incumbent to write emails, letters, memos, and other documents from time-to-time that are clear, grammatically accurate and are professional in appearance and content. Reading and Comprehension Skills
- Strong reading and comprehension skills that allow incumbent to apply and comply with Bank policies and procedures, government regulations, etc. Work Independently
- Ability to work independently with limited direction from supervisor. Work Under Pressure
- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities, and realign priorities, as necessary.
