Operations Specialist

Breakwater Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly, motivated, dependable individual to help support the deposit and electronic operations of the credit union and also assist with member questions, account transactions, and other financial needs. The selected candidate will assist with check, credit card, and debit card processing, balancing, fraud monitoring and dispute settlement; process ACH and wire transfers; provide online banking, mobile banking, and Bill Pay support; monitor automated data file processing; balance ATMs; balance and reconcile general ledger entries as well as accounts payable. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures Six months to two years of banking, accounting or similar work-related experience Excellent customer service and telephone skills Proficient with computers (including typing) Attention to detail Good math skills Professional presentation and demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Breakwater Federal Credit Union is an
