Job Description

ACH Origination Team Lead Maplewood, MN The Premier Banks team will deliver exceptional banking services to empower the businesses and community partners we serve.
Description of Position:
Supporting the daily ACH operations of Premier Banks as an Originating Depository Financial Institution. Assisting in the design, delivery, and communication of ACH training materials to ACH Originators and employees. Must be detail oriented with a desire to meet deadlines efficiently, driven to help customers through clear and concise communication, and have a desire to understand the ACH Network, its rules, regulations, methods of error resolution, and its risks and risk mitigation strategies.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
Must have one year banking experience or related experience Associate or Bachelors degree preferred Good to Strong knowledge of banking products and services Good to Strong knowledge and use of Auxiliary Computer Programs Excellent Customer Service Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be Deadline Driven and Detail Oriented We are Looking for the Right Person to Fill this Position Who is: A Team Player Passionate About Serving Others Works to Do Better Everyday Does the

Hours needed: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, day shift.
