Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Provide superior service by waiting on customers via drive-up, lobby, and phone Complete transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, etc. Assist with debit card inquiries from issuing cards to handling disputes Utilize technology to assist customers with various banking products and services such as online banking and digital wallets Complete new account requests Improve our customer experience by being a friendly, familiar face and promoting products and services that fit our customer needs.
