Bank Operations Specialist

Duties Process and verify deposit transactions accurately using financial software and 10-key typing skills Review and reconcile daily deposit records to ensure data integrity Assist with loan origination and loan processing activities related to deposit accounts Maintain detailed documentation of all deposit activities, including transaction logs and reports Collaborate with loan officers and other banking staff to support account setup and transaction inquiries Monitor compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service by addressing deposit-related questions promptly and professionally Qualifications Prior experience in banking, financial services, or similar roles involving deposit operations or loan processing Knowledge of loan origination processes and loan officer functions is a plus Strong math skills, including basic calculations and proficiency in math-based tasks Familiarity with financial software systems used in banking environments Demonstrated ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently and accurately Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy Join us as a Bank Operations Specialist and become an integral part of a vibrant financial team dedicated to delivering reliable service while advancing your career in the banking industry!
