What You'll Do:
Review financial and operational documents for accuracy and compliance with banking regulations. Validate and prepare data for entry into designated mainframe and computer systems. Secure and maintain collateral documentation in accordance with bank procedures. Assist internal departments and external customers with basic problem resolution and account-related inquiries. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the operational process. Support daily banking operations and administrative activities as needed. Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance standards. Perform additional operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or administrative support.
