Process various banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, debits & credits, and loan payments. Assist customers with loan origination, application processing, and providing information on loan options aligned with their financial objectives. Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring account activity, verifying customer identities, and adhering to security protocols. Manage customer relationships by providing tailored financial advice, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, cash management activities, and compliance documentation in accordance with bank policies. Skills Strong background in financial sales with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and relationship management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport. Proficiency in banking software systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles. Ability to perform loan processing tasks efficiently while adhering to regulatory standards.
