Looking For:

Experience:

Previous customer service and cash handling experience in a retail store (Key Holder / Assistant Manager) or banking environment is preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills. Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and/or move approximately 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds of coin.

Reliable Transportation:

A quarterly stipend is provided for travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Multiple Locations:

Travel to assigned community banking offices across [Name local towns] to provide front-line support and seamless customer service.

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner using the Bank Service Excellence Standards.

Transaction Handling:

Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain an approved level of cash.

Relationship Building:

Ask questions and identify needs to enhance customer relationships; actively refer customers to appropriate Community Banking team members.

Daily Operations:

Prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transactions; balance cash drawer accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.

Support & Compliance:
