JOB SUMMARY
The Licensed Entry Level Mortgage Consultant position is a licensed, entry level position designed to provide experience, training and development for NMLS licensed individuals who want to establish a career as a Mortgage Consultant. This is a great role to learn and then move into a Senior Loan Officer position
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Active NMLS Unique Identifier # Active Colorado mortgage license (Additional Licenses a plus) Minimal to moderate Mortgage experience/knowledge Bilingual (Spanish/English) a PLUS High School degree Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Proficient in processing, servicing, auditing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking inbound customer calls to identify what the customer is looking to accomplish. Completing outbound calls to customers to complete the application and move the file forward. Taking a complete 1003 URLA Application Setting Appointments to review Pre-Qualification Following up with customers to ensure timely delivery to American Financing of all income and application documentation. Meet or exceed the daily and monthly sales expectations set by management, while providing an exceptional customer experience
Compensation:
$36K base pay plus bonus with total compensation up to $115K + per year
