Review transactions for accuracy, discrepancies, compliance requirements, and potential fraud concerns. Assist with loan servicing, deposit operations, account maintenance, and other operational support functions. Maintain cash handling accuracy, balancing responsibilities, confidentiality, and adherence to banking policies and procedures. Identify issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and support branch or operational initiatives as needed. Process customer banking transactions, account activity, deposits, wires, checks, and related operational documentation. Support branch banking, customer service, deposit operations, and loan servicing functions. Review financial transactions for accuracy, discrepancies, fraud prevention, and proper escalation.
