YOUR OPPORTUNITY

PERSONAL BANKER We're looking for a motivated, service-oriented professional who brings strong values, a solid work ethic, and a passion for helping others succeed. As a Personal Banker, you'll play a key role in delivering personalized financial solutions while building lasting relationships with customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build Relationships & Make an Impact Connect with customers to understand their financial goals through meaningful conversations and proactive outreach Provide tailored banking solutions—including loans, credit cards, and investment options Deliver exceptional service by resolving issues quickly and ensuring every interaction is accurate and positive Grow the Business Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and attract new customers Partner with Mortgage, Commercial, and Wealth Management teams to provide comprehensive solutions Contribute to team success by achieving and exceeding performance goals Be a Trusted Financial Resource Stay current on our full suite of banking products and services Process and underwrite retail loan applications while ensuring compliance with policies Make sound lending decisions aligned with Consumer Lending Policy and your authority level
