Branch Associate:
Weekly schedules will be set between the hours of Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. What you'll do as a
Branch Associate III:
Our Branch Associate roles are designed to grow expertise and leadership within Retail Operations. As a Branch Associate III , you represent the most senior individual contributor role in the branch and serve as a trusted resource for both members and team members. In this role, you will help support day-to-day branch operations, serve as a subject matter expert in financial products and services, and assist in guiding Branch Associate I and II team members. You will play a key role in ensuring a top-tier experience for members while maintaining operational excellence and supporting the overall success of the branch. Deliver Exceptional Member Service Champion a top-tier experience for members in branch, drive-thru, and over the phone. Educate and engage members on financial products and services using a needs-based approach. Build strong relationships with members while helping them identify solutions to support their financial well-being. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert Open and maintain a variety of member accounts including savings, checking, debit cards, money market accounts, CDs, IRAs, HSAs, and other specialty deposit and loan products for consumer and business members. Process all member transactions and account maintenance. Assist members with secured and unsecured lending applications. Identify opportunities to refer members to financial advisors or other partners when appropriate. Support Branch Operations Assist with daily branch operations and step in to operate the branch when management is unavailable . Handle complex member concerns and provide resolution using sound judgment. Provide overrides, support vault management, and assist with opening and closing procedures. Mentor and Support the Team Serve as a mentor and resource for Branch Associate I and II team members . Lead training for new team members and share knowledge of products, services, and procedures. Participate in resume screening and candidate interviews. Community and Business Development Participate in community outreach, volunteer opportunities, and business development events to expand the Credit Union's reach. Compliance and Risk Management Adhere to security protocols to maintain a safe branch environment. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) , Anti-Money Laundering, and Member Due Diligence procedures. Complete required compliance and professional development training. Additional Responsibilities Act as a Notary Public and perform Medallion Signature Guarantee services when needed.
