Job Description

Then a role as a Healthcare, Higher Education and Not for Profit (Vital Institutions) Associate Banker is for you. As an Associate Banker in Healthcare, Higher Education and Not for Profit (HHN), you'll become familiar with several industries, build meaningful connections with colleagues, clients, and prospects, and gain valuable skills in providing advice on Treasury and Credit products. This role offers a valuable opportunity for career growth and learning. Over time, you will need to develop a solid understanding of our solutions, including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech Solutions. Our most successful Bankers excel by demonstrating a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, excellent organizational and relationship-building skills, and a strategic approach to market activity and prospecting. This role is not eligible for employer sponsored immigration support of any kind.
Job Responsibilities:
Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset Keep informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships Collaborate with senior bankers to support and manage their portfolio, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction by helping to prepare for client meetings, issue resolution and perform credit / financial analysis. Provide leadership and mentorship to analysts and summer interns
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
3+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience Outstanding professional reputation and integrity Strong leadership and communication skills required; natural curiosity and sense of urgency Proven capability to assist in building and maintaining new and beneficial relationships Ability to identify potential risks in complex credit transactions and assist in structuring and negotiating solutions
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills (including PowerPoint) Strong awareness of market dynamics and current events / news related to the healthcare, higher education, and non-profit industries is preferred.
