Universal Banker - Part-Time We're looking for a friendly, motivated Universal Banker to join our team! This role blends the responsibilities of both a Personal Banker and a Teller. You'll help customers with everyday transactions, open new accounts, and support both new and longtime customers with top-notch service. What You'll Do Provide warm, helpful customer service to everyone who walks in. Handle financial transactions—including cash—with accuracy and confidence. Ask questions, listen closely, and match customers with the right products and services. Support both consumer and business customers with account maintenance and service needs. Open personal and business accounts Follow all Harmony Bank policies and procedures. Jump in on any other duties as needed. What We're Looking For Part-time availability: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM 9:00 to 12:00 PM on Saturday, once every 6 weeks. (Must be able to work full-time occasionally when needed.) 1+ years of banking experience required Prior cash-handling experience Clear and professional communication—face-to-face, by phone, and in writing Strong attention to detail and solid time-management skills Able to maintain confidentiality Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude Reliable, punctual, organized, and accurate Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred) Banking experience: 1+ years (Preferred)
