Job Description

BOC Bank is a locally owned bank that is committed to providing personalized banking services to our community. With a strong presence in Amarillo, McLean, Shamrock, and Miami, we serve communities across the Texas Panhandle. BOC is currently seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Universal Banker at our Shamrock location.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries. Accurately count and balance cash drawers, ensuring precision in all financial transactions. Open new accounts. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial needs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Assist in the efficient operation of the branch by supporting other team members and participating in training and development activities.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $12/hour (could be higher based on experience). Full-time position includes health insurance, 401K, and paid time off. Good hours!
