Full Job Description Position Summary:
Primary contact for processing escalated claims for disputed or unauthorized debit card or ATM transactions. Analyzes claims and ensures compliance with Regulation E, and Visa timelines for resolution, reviewing daily debit card transactions, taking customer phone calls and performing general maintenance for debit cards, review daily reports, and monthly card orders. Customer support for any online banking questions, resetting passwords, assisting with commercial customer online banking, enrolling customers in various online banking programs. Promote the image of the Bank in a professional and positive manner.
Essential Functions:
Monitor multiple programs for debit card transactions and disputes. Assist with enrollment of multiple online banking programs. Keep current with, support, and comply with all bank policies and regulations. Perform day-to-day responsibilities within the department. High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years customer service experience Financial institution experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel required Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers and customers Able to move up to 50 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity Able to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule Bilingual preferred
