Job Description:
State Bank is looking for a full-time Deposit Operations member to join our Support Services Team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the bank and its staff.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions, ACH items, and other deposit-related tasks. Review and process overdrawn accounts, returned checks, and other customer account issues. Assist with investigations and resolutions for disputed transactions, including debit card, check and ACH fraud. Review deposit transactions submitted via mobile deposit and ensure they meet bank requirements. Help monitor and process Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of deposit transactions, including adjustments and unposted items. Work with internal teams to address operational questions, resolve issues, and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and customers.
