Job Overview:
We are seeking a Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs and offering financial solutions to meet their goals.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized assistance and guidance on various banking products and services
- Conduct financial needs assessments to understand customers' goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Open new accounts, process loan applications, and assist with loan origination
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services role required
- Knowledge of loan processing, loan origination, and basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using 10-key typing for accurate data entry
