We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual and people leader to join our team as a Universal Banker I Lead. The Universal Banker I Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive range of banking services while providing exceptional customer service to meet the financial needs of our clients while managing our Universal Banker I and Co-op Students. •
Responsibilities:
•1. Provide personalized financial solutions to customers by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services. 2. Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, coin, and account transfers. 3. Manage Universal Banker I and co-op students including scheduling, adherence to accuracy & balancing, training, and co 4. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Serve as mentor to Universal Banker I and co-op students regarding expectations, customer service, coaching, and professionalism. 6. Perform administrative duties, such as, daily vault & branch cash balancing, cash limit adherence, recounts of strapped money, night deposit, ATM balancing, and cash orders. 7. Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. 8. Actively promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch. •
Qualifications:
•1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous experience in banking, customer service, or sales roles. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers. 4. Proficiency in using computer applications and technology, including Microsoft Office and banking software. 5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. •
