Job Description
Description Raion Financial Strategies, a growing financial planning firm, is seeking a Licensed Financial Advisor to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is your chance to play a key role in the current and future success of our fast-growing organization! You would be joining our An office and serve our clients. Core duties include providing exceptional relationship management to the firm's clients, plus growing the firm's client base. We are happy to consider advisors with or without existing books of business, but are looking for an advisor ready to step into financial planning and wealth management. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to help grow a current book of business and have an opportunity to have future ownership in this company! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serving clients by preparing for meetings, provide investment research, problem solving, issue resolution, financial planning recommendations, and other needs. Provide premier service to current clients Develop effective working relationships with internal team members and external professionals to provide effective service for clients Conduct and record communications with clients and/or prospects Manage, organize, and present data and review weekly/monthly/quarterly Attending client and team meetings, documenting notes, assigning tasks and executing on follow up Follow through on projects and delegate tasks as needed Assist in the growth of firm's new client relationships Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with financial advisors, support staff, vendor companies, and Cambridge home office staff in all types of matters including those that may be sensitive. Comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures and industry rules and regulations. Project a professional and pleasant demeanor to work with advisors, administration, and clients in a deadline-driven environment. Commitment to providing a premier level of customer care in a calm and professional manner. Projecting a high level of service. Ability to effectively organize, manage, track and complete multiple detailed tasks and assignments. Employ solid analytical skills in researching and resolving problems. Work independently under minimal supervision. Extensive documentation on all client communication Operating under high Integrity for our office and clients, never taking shortcuts and following Compliance rules Utilize financial platforms including Wealthport, eMoney, Redtail, Riskalyze, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to build trust and relationships with clients Education/Previous Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry -or- an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by the firm. Licenses/Certifications FINRA Series 7, Series 65, Life and Health licensing required with a commitment to obtaining further continuing education requirements to maintain licensing Securities offered through Registered Representatives of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. a broker-dealer, member
