PMF Capital specializes in providing debt financing solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. Banks are getting harder to borrow from, but we have the lenders who will help! Through our in-house platform and 100+ lending relationships , we deliver competitive capital solutions that help our clients grow both their top and bottom lines . This role begins in sales and evolves into an advisory, project-oriented position , where you work closely with business owners as a trusted financial partner. What You'll Do Execute outbound Email, Call, and SMS marketing (we provide all leads ) Qualify prospective clients and identify their financial goals Recommend appropriate financing solutions based on business needs Manage appointments via phone and Zoom Facilitate and close loan transactions Clearly present and explain financing structures and terms Collaborate with teammates to drive performance and maintain a competitive, positive culture What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred Strong financial intuition and mental math skills Excellent time management and organization Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to learn and earn Comfort using Excel / Google Sheets, G-Suite, and CRMs Clear, professional communication and strong grammar Charismatic, assertive personality Thick skin, strong interpersonal skills, and a sense of humor Natural leadership traits and big personal aspirations

Commission Compensation:

$2k Draw on future commissions 30%

Commission Payout Daily/Weekly/Monthly Performance Incentive Bonuses Commision Comepnsation:

$500/wk 10%
