Role Description We are seeking a Junior Financial Consultant to join our team full-time at our Nashville & Chattanooga, TN offices. In this on-site role, you will assist with financial planning, provide investment advice, support clients in retirement planning, and analyze financial data to create personalized strategies. You will work collaboratively with clients to evaluate their financial goals and address immediate and long-term needs while maintaining regular communication to provide updates and adjustments. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and comprehensive financial strategy development Knowledge of Investments and core Finance principles Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CFP or a willingness to obtain certifications are considered an advantage Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively within a collaborative on-site environment
