Arizona; Need to be barred in AZ Overview A high-growth legal platform is seeking a senior attorney to lead and scale a litigation function. This role is ideal for a highly experienced litigator who combines strong legal judgment with team leadership and strategic thinking. Responsibilities Oversee litigation strategy and portfolio management across multiple matters Build, mentor, and manage a team of attorneys and staff Provide guidance on complex cases and risk assessment Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, expansion, and operational improvements Establish processes, standards, and best practices across the team Requirements 10+ years of litigation experience Proven leadership or team management experience Strong strategic and business-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to oversee complex matters and guide legal teams
