Start at $26.40/hr or $55,000/year with a future incentive plan to be further discussed Position Summary In this new position, as phase 1, you will start by working alongside our Marketing department, receiving leads to assess, guide and convert them as new clients. In phase 2, as a Client Care Advisor , your primary mission is to ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and protected. While you will manage financial portfolios, your "north star" is the client relationship. You aren't just managing assets; you are managing the transition into a client's golden years, providing a steady hand through life's most significant changes. In our Scottsdale office, you will serve as a dedicated concierge for our families, ensuring that every interaction with our firm is marked by warmth, clarity, and proactive care.
Client-Centric Duties & Responsibilities Financial Planning & Wealth Management Support :
While the lead advisors design the financial plans, the Client care Agent executes the paperwork required to make those plans a reality by guiding new clients through the transition
Client Experience & Relationship Management :
The "First Line" of
Contact:
Answering incoming client calls and emails with high empathy.
Meeting Preparation:
Scheduling periodic review meetings and gathering necessary data beforehand
Educational Advocacy:
Host small-group workshops and client appreciation events designed to empower retirees with knowledge and community.
Crisis Support:
Act as a calm, empathetic resource for clients navigating difficult life events, such as the loss of a spouse or a health crisis, ensuring their financial plan adapts to their new reality.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in health & insurance or financial services,
Credentials:
State Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
Local Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the unique demographic needs of the Scottsdale/Phoenix "Snowbird" and retiree community.
Software Proficiency:
Experience with CRM (SalesForce/Wealthbox/Redtail), Google Suite(Email,Text,GoodgleSheets,Document sharing),Electronic phone systems(Vonage, RingCentral), Virtual Meetings (Zoom,GoogleMeet) financial planning software (eMoney/MoneyGuidePro), and portfolio management tools, Familiar with AI Tools such(Gemini,ChatGPT)

The ability to navigate the emotional complexities of aging, grief, and legacy planning.
Communication:
Breaking down complex jargon (like RMDs or sequences of returns) into simple, actionable advice.
Analytical Rigor:
Sharp attention to detail when reviewing tax returns and portfolio statements.
Integrity:
A relentless commitment to the Fiduciary Standard—putting the client's interests first, always.

Rate (Up to): $24.50 - $26.40 Per Hour
