We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Registered Investment Services Assistant to join our growing team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to our Wealth Advisors and play a key role in enhancing the client's experience. The ideal candidate will hold active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, possess experience with CRM systems such as Client Works and or Redtail, and have a strong interest in building a long-term career as a Wealth Advisor. •Please note this is a hybrid onsite role• Who YOU are: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. Active Series 7 & 66 (or 63 &65) licenses required. A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a client service or advisor support role within a financial services or wealth management firm. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM software. Positive, customer focused attitude and demeanor with a desire to provide outstanding service. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a demonstrated interest in developing into a Wealth Advisor role. Knowledge of

rules, products, services, regulations, procedures, philosophies, techniques, practices, and its interrelated functions. What YOU'LL do: Communicated daily directly with advisors, clients, prospects, and vendors. Process new client paperwork in coordination with client services team, and assist with new account openings, transfers, and transactions with firm custodians(s). Complete monthly reports as requested by Advisors or Management. Maintain client records in CRM database, including documentation of phone calls and conversations with clients. Communicated confidential client information professionally and discreetly. Assist financial advisors with scheduling appointments, which are a result of emails, phone inquiries, or regular reviews of current clients. Provide continuity of activities for the financial advisors in their absence. Coordinate activities with the Marketing Department of the credit union to assure prompt, efficient operations between organizations as necessary.
