Bright Lake Wealth Management is seeking to add a Financial Advisor to our team in Redding, CA . The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to build a long-term career in the financial industry while contributing meaningfully to both the client experience and the operational success of the firm. Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred 2-4 years working in the Financial Industry CFP® preferred but not required for the right candidate with planning familiarity. Able to create trust and connection with prospects in both one-on-one and group settings. Self-starter who thrives in a high-trust, high-performance team environment.
Licensing Requirements:
Series 65 license or equivalent credentials (e.g., CFP®, CFA®). Alternatively, advisors must hold a Series 66 + Series 7
State Life and Health Insurance Licenses Hours:
Monday
  • Friday 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Travel to our Medford, OR office 3-6 nights a month
  • all travel expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities Conduct client servicing meetings to review account updates, gather information, address client questions, and ensure follow-up items are clearly documented and completed. Manage the preparation and processing of financial documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead logistics and resource coordination for client meetings and firm events. Take ownership of internal projects and collaborate with team members to drive business objectives forward. Develop, maintain, and analyze internal and external reports that support informed decision-making. Ensure clear and timely communication across the team and with clients. Oversee transaction coordination from initiation through completion, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. Lead the new client onboarding process, creating a smooth and professional transition into the firm's services. Identify and support opportunities to improve processes, strengthen efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
